McBride plc announces that on 15th December 2020 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 2^nd November 2020.

Number of shares repurchased: 114,074

Date of transaction: 15th December 2020

Average price paid per share: 75.07p

Lowest price paid per share: 74.69p

Highest price paid per share: 75.80p

The Repurchased Shares will be cancelled. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be: 180,883,139. The figure 180,883,139 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
