Notification and public disclosure of RSU Awards to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
In accordance with our remuneration policy, McBride plc confirms that on 13 June 2022 an award was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (the Plan) to Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, as set out below. The awards will vest at the end of a three-year period and be subject to a two-year post-vesting holding period and will not require any payment from the individual.
